Jim Putman

Senior Pastor, Author, Speaker

Jim Putman is the co-founder and Senior Pastor of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho. Jim holds degrees from Boise State University and Boise Bible College. He is the author of three books: Church is a Team Sport (2008), Real-Life Discipleship (2010), The Power of Together (2016) and RelationShift (2023). He also co-authored four books: Real-Life Discipleship Training Manual (2010), DiscipleShift (2013), Hope For The Prodigal (2017) and The Revolutionary Disciple (2021). Jim’s passion is discipleship through small groups. With his background in sports and coaching, he believes in the value of strong coaching as a means to disciple others. He and his wife, along with their 3 sons, daughter-in-laws and grandchildren, live in scenic Northern Idaho.

Matt Wilson

Senior Pastor, Author, Speaker

Matt is the planting and Lead Pastor of Ekklesia Christian Church in Conway-Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. His passion is leading in audacious, faith-filled moves to make Christ and His Church famous in South Carolina and beyond. He loves seeing God work in unconventional ways so that His name is glorified. Matt and his wife Tina have been married for twenty years and have seven kids whose names all start with “R.”

Larry Osborne

Larry Osborne is a pastor, author, mentor, and leadership consultant who has trained and coached thousands of top-level leaders in both the non-profit and profit sectors, including over twenty-percent of Outreach Magazine’s 100 largest churches and over twenty two-percent of the Outreach’s fastest-growing churches. Recognized as one of America’s most influential pastors due to his pioneering work with concepts like sermon-based small groups, pastoral teaching teams, video venues, and multisite churches, his fingerprints are found on ministries and churches throughout the world.

Brandon Guindon

Senior Pastor, Author, Speaker

Brandon Guindon is the Lead Pastor of Real Life Ministries Texas, he and his team planted a church in Tomball, Texas, 30 miles north of Houston. Brandon has led churches worldwide to become healthy and effective in making disciples of Jesus Christ. He has been an executive team member at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, ID and at TheMET in Houston, TX. He has authored and co-authored several publications on biblical discipleship, including Disciple Making Culture, Stay the Course and the Real Life Discipleship Training Manual. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Linfield College and an M.A. in Church Leadership and New Testament Theology from Hope International University. Brandon is a bow hunter and avid outdoorsman. He and his wife, Amber, have been married for more than 20 years and have four children, Emma, Olivia, Grady and Garrett.

Dr. Wes Beavis

Pastor, Clinical Psychologist, Author

Dr. Wes Beavis has served for decades as a pastor in the United States and Australia. He is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping pastors navigate the ministry journey and guiding church leaders through crisis situations. He has clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating the symptoms of ministry burnout.

Wes earned his doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology majoring in Applied Clinical Psychology. His Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy is from Hope International University. His Bachelor of Theology is from Sydney College of Divinity.

Wes is married to Ellie, a high school vice-principal and a Marriage and Family Therapist, and their private practices are in Newport Beach, California. They have two sons: David, who pastors a church in Oregon, and Zack, who is a Doctor of Medicine in the US Navy.

In addition to enjoying life with his family, Wes’ interests include running marathons, riding motorcycles, playing guitar, and traveling to other countries. (There are 194 countries in the world. Wes has visited 25 of them, which means he has quite a bit of packing yet to do!)
