What is the Coaching Format?

Live Interactive Web Meetings (Zoom) with a group size of 4-6 like-minded leaders. All Coaching groups are lead by Pastors who have made the SHIFT in their church.

Are there any Prerequisites?

In order to be part of a SHIFT group, you must have previously attended a DiscipleShift training or be registered to attend a DiscipleShift training.
